I completed my requirements for a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Drama Therapy from Antioch University Seattle. I am a professional member of EMDRIA, and NADTA.
I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Certified in EMDR Therapy and have done extensive training in Mindfulness, Exposure and Response Prevention, Attachment, and Yoga. I received a BFA from Cornish College of the Arts in Theater in 2003. I am a working actor and voice-over talent and am interested in artistic forms of social justice.
I fell in love with mindfulness when I was first introduced to meditation in 2000, I have been studying and practicing ever since. I understand the deep healing and joy that can come from living in reality as it.

My mission is to offer doable tips for bringing mindfulness into daily living and self-care reminders to keep our mind, body, and spirit healthy.
